APPLICABILITY

These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to, and are hereby incorporated by reference in, all purchase orders and the like issued and/or accepted by CareFree Casters Corp. and/ or CF Casters Corp. collectively referred to as “CareFree Casters” and any other documentation issued and/or accepted by CareFree Casters with respect to a client’s purchase of goods and/or services, including, but not limited to, all sales quotations, acknowledgements and similar documents.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Any sale by CareFree Casters is expressly made conditional on the assent of the customer (hereinafter "Buyer") to these Terms and Conditions of Sale. Buyer's taking delivery of any part of products/services sold shall constitute such assent and waiver of all terms and conditions in its purchase order or similar document which are different from or additional to those set forth herein.

PRICES AND TERMS OF PAYMENT

Unless otherwise specified by CareFree Casters in writing, prices and terms of payment shall be those set forth in CareFree Casters quote or invoice.

Unless noted otherwise, CareFree Casters FOB point is Mississauga, ON, Canada.

Unless otherwise specified by CareFree Casters in writing, all taxes and other charges imposed by federal, state, local or foreign governments on the manufacture, sale, shipment, import, export or use of the products or services shall be added to the price and billed to and paid by Buyer. Buyer shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless CareFree Casters from and against all liabilities for such taxes or charges and attorneys' fees or costs incurred by CareFree Casters in connection therewith.

Unless noted otherwise, all sales in Canada are in Canadian Dollar, China in RMB and for all international business, we use US Dollar.

ACCEPTANCE

Any quotation or proposal is subject to change or cancellation by CareFree Casters at any time without notice and in any event expires 30 days from its date, unless otherwise indicated therein or extended in writing by CareFree Casters. CareFree Casters quotation or proposal does not constitute an offer by CareFree Casters, and any order or orders placed thereon are not binding on CareFree Casters until CareFree Casters acceptance in writing has been sent to Buyer.

MINIMUM ORDER RELEASE

The minimum order and shipping release for all products is $1000.00 in billing value per order excluding taxes and freight.
